No double commission is paid on the same fee.
Calculated after discounts and credits. VAT where applicable, refunds, and separately identified pass-through costs (such as advertising spend, printing, purchased software and domains) are excluded. Normal outsourced labour is a BD delivery cost, not a hidden deduction from the commission base.
Once-off commission becomes payable after project completion and full payment. Retainer commission becomes payable after the relevant service period and its payment are complete. Commissions are processed in monthly payout batches.
Only new-client introductions with confirmed attribution are recognised. Existing clients and active pre-existing enquiries are excluded. The first valid confirmed introduction receives attribution in duplicate cases. Self-referrals and unauthorised claims are excluded.
